This La Jolla home remodel focused on transforming a previously dark and enclosed kitchen, bathroom and bedroom lounge into bright, functional spaces designed for everyday luxury. In the kitchen, removing the upper cabinet beside the sink and extending the breakfast-nook cabinetry to the ceiling created a more expansive, open feel without altering the footprint.
The primary bathroom received a full finish upgrade with low-maintenance yet luxurious materials, a freestanding tub and a large glass shower enclosure. A custom floating bench bridges the shower and tub area, serving as a sculptural focal point and practical surface. The adjacent bedroom lounge was designed as a calming retreat where our clients can unwind and enjoy quiet moments.
Together, these changes brought more light, comfort and livable elegance to this La Jolla residence.
