Most of our projects are new construction homes and whole-home renovations where we are involved from the early planning stages through the finishing details. We also take on comprehensive furnishings projects involving multiple rooms or larger areas of the home.
Depending on the scope, our work may include space planning, kitchen and bath design, custom cabinetry, lighting and finish selections, detailed construction drawings, furniture and window treatments, as well as styling and final installation.
We provide full-service design, which includes an initial consultation, client kick off meeting, conceptual design meeting and detailed design meeting. We collect input and feedback from our clients along the way, to ensure that their preferences and needs are being met. We include 3D renderings of key spaces to help our clients envision the outcome and install confidence in the design decisions we are making. We then provide detailed construction drawings for the build team so the project can be executed seamlessly.
